Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb Hamburger
1 pkg small frozen peas
1 lb Rice (boiled with bouillon cube)
1 can Tomato Paste
1 envelope Saffron
2 – 3 Eggs
Grated Cheese
Plain Bread Crumbs
Vegetable or Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice
Cook peas
Mix hamburger, tomato paste and some water
Mix rice with 2 or 3 egg's and 1 package of saffron and grated cheese
Put water on hands, using rice mixture make half a ball and fill with hamburger and peas, finish ball with rice mixture
Roll in bread crumbs
Fry in deep pan with oil
