4 - 5 russet potatoes
4 - 5 slices bacon
3 onions, peeled and diced
1/2 loaf of bread
2 tsp. summer savory
2 eggs
1/2 milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 9" square or 9"x13" pan (depending on how thick you like the dressing)

Boil potatoes. Mash. Cook bacon ,when almost done add onions. Cook 5 minutes . Remove from heat and drain off fat .

Cut up bread. Place in bowl. Add mashed potatoes ,bacon , onions and savory. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed .

Whisk together eggs and milk . Add to stuffing mixture. Toss lightly,do not over mix. Place dressing in pan. Bake 30 - 40 minutes.
