1 lb Rice
2 Eggs
Make Gravy with Sausages (cut sausages)
Lemon Rind
Grated Cheese
Salt
Dash of Nutmeg
Butter
Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Put lemon rind in water to boil and add a little salt.
Prepare grated cheese, 2 eggs and dash of nutmeg.
Cook 1lb of rice in water with lemon rind, remove lemon rind when partly cooked.
Drain hot rice and cool with cold water, drain very good.
Put rice back in pan and add gravy, cut sausages, cheese, eggs and nutmeg.
Make it very loose and swimming in gravy.
Prepare pan melt butter and cover with bread crumbs.
Spoon rice in pan – do not drop in.
Cover top with bread crumbs and pats of butter.
Bake in 350º oven until solid and well golden.
