Crust
1 ¼ cup Flour
1 stick Margarine
¼ cup chopped Walnuts

Filling
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Confectionery Sugar
A few drops of Milk (to loosen)
1 large container of Cool Whip
2 pkgs instant pudding
3 cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust
Cut Margarine fine add flour and nuts into a 13” x 9” pan.
Bake at 350o for 15-20 minutes.
Cool completely.

Filling
Mix first 3 ingredient's then add ½ of the Cool Whip to cheese mix.
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix 2 packages of instant pudding with 3 cups milk.
Mix and spread over cream cheese filling.
Top with rest of Cool Whip put chopped nuts on top and chill overnight
