2 onions, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
2 C beef broth
potatoes, cut in chunks
sweet potatoes, cut in chunks
carrots, sliced
parsley
garlic, chopped
salt and pepper
pinch sugar
1/2 C red wine

Directions:

Flour and salt meat. Brown in oil in dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until meat and vegetables are tender.
