2 lbs chicken breasts
1 – Large bottle of Buffalo Sauce – Frank’s Red Hot (I used less)
2 packages 8 oz cream cheese (I used 1)
1 – 16 ounce Ranch Dressing
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken about 15 minutes.
Shred chicken and put it into a 9 X 13 pan.
Pour hot sauce onto chicken.
In a medium sauce pan combine ranch dressing and cream cheese.
Heat until blended. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
