1 ½ c. grits
6 c. salted water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 ½ sticks butter or margarine
3 beaten eggs
11 drops Tabasco sauce
garlic salt to taste about ½ tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in salted water according to package directions. Add Velveeta cheese, butter or margarine, eggs, Tabasco sauce, and garlic salt. Bake in greased casserole dish at 250º until brown on top. (This make about 2 3 qt. casseroles)
