Fish
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped green peppers
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter in a pan
Fry the onions, peppers and mushrooms
Add the Worcestershire, ketchup, vinegar and mustard
Simmer for 3-5 minutes
Cook fish in the sauce
