4 lbs cooked ground venison
5 lbs chopped apples
1/2 lb ground beef suet2 lbs currents
2 lbs raisins
2 lbs cranberries
2 lbs crushed pinapple
2cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
3 quarts sweet cider

cook slowly for 2 hrs untill reduced then seal in hot jars while hot. this will make 10 quarts
