Ingredients:  
1 ¼ cup of Margarine or 2 ½ sticks Butter
¾ cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 ½ cup of Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp salt (optional)
3 cups Quaker Oats
¾ cup walnuts and raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Mix in egg and vanilla.
Mix in baking soda, salt, cinnamon with flour and add to above mixture.
Mix well.
Using a wooden spoon stir in oats, add walnuts and raisins.
Make little balls - drop 1” apart on baking sheet.
Bake 9 – 10 minutes at 375o
Use wire rack to cool.
