1 1/3 c water
1 T oil or butter, melted
2 T sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1 c whole grain flour
2 c white flour
1 c rye flour
1 T caraway seeds
3 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c shredded cheddar/jack cheese
2 T yeast

Directions:
Directions:
I put all the ingredients in this order into my bread machine; I choose expressbake and it is ready in 1 hour! I love this recipe as it is quick in the machine.
If no machine available: dissolve the sugar and salt in the water, add the melted butter. Set aside. Mix the yeast into the flours, in a large mixing bowl, then add all the rest of the listed ingredients and blend evenly. Make a well in the center, pour in the liquid mixture and mix until dough forms. Knead by hand for 8 min or until the dough is smooth and elastic. May shape immediately into a loaf for rising. Cover. Let rise in warm place until above the loaf pan. Preheat oven. Bake at 350º until golden brown on top.
