12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh chives

1 large head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges


BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
½ to 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Stir all ingredients together and chill for several hours before using.

Directions:

Stir together bacon, cheese and chives.

Top each lettuce wedge with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with bacon mixture.

Personal Notes:
I usually do not use bacon or Parmesan cheese, but add sliced mushrooms, halved cherry tomatoes and thin slices of red onion instead.
