1 (8-ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 (4-ounce) containers garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese
½ cup (2 ounce) shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (12-ounce) jar quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (7-ounce) jar sliced pimento, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a lightly-greased 3- or 4-quart slow cooker.
Drain spinach well, pressing between paper towels.
Stir spinach, artichokes, and remaining 2 ingredients into cheese mixture. Cover and cook on LOW 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring after 45 minutes.
