Ingredients:  
1 large can sauerkraut
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
(optional: celery seed)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil sugar and vinegar; cool. Drain sauerkraut and add to sugar/vinegar mixture. Cut up sauerkraut with scissors add other vegetables and celery seed if using. Let stand 1/2 day or longer in refrigerator. Serve.
