2 green onions, sliced
4 ounces Gruyere cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1 pinch kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 pinch ground mace or nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 pound white lump crabmeat
1 prepared pastry crust, baked 5 minutes at 350 º

Directions:
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Gruyere cheese on the partially baked crust. Layer crab on top of cheese. Sprinkle with onions. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the layered ingredients. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
