2 cups cooked wild rice
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, combine rice, cream, nutmeg, salt, paprika, soup and mushrooms; mix well. Spoon into casserole dish, smoothing out the top. Dot the top with butter and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and almonds are golden. Serves 4-6.
