1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter (divided)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in mixing bowl. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda; add to creamed mixture. In a separate mixing bowl blend powder sugar with the remaining 3/4 cup of peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
Take two scoops of dough and place some peanut butter mixture in between. Pat down in between your hand and place on a greased cookie sheet. Continue to flatten cookie with the bottom of a glass cup dipped in sugar. Bake for 8-9 minutes at 375 degrees. (Do Not Over Cook!) Let cool on pan before moving them to a wire rack.
