Dressing:
1 c Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/2 small onion minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp Italian seasonings
1/4 tsp salt
1 big clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper

Salad:
red leaf lettuce, croutons, 1 lb bacon cooked and diced, fresh mushrooms, red pepper

Add: shredded Provolone or Swiss cheese.
