6 cans condensed Minestrone soup
2 cans Ranch style beans
1 can Pinto beans
2 cans mild Rotel
Velveeta cheese
4 lbs. ground turkey
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle or Crockpot, pour 6 cans of Minestrone soup (no water), 2 cans of Ranch style beans with 2 cans of water, 1 can of pinto beans (drained), and 2 cans of mild Rotel. Simmer at medium heat. Brown 4 lbs. of ground turkey in skillet, drain and add to soup. Cut half the block of Velveeta into small pieces and add to soup. Simmer on medium heat for 30-45 minutes, or leave in Crockpot until hot (it can simmer all day if needed).
Serve hot with grated cheddar cheese on top.
