• 250 ml. skimmed milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 150 gr. strawberries,
• 15 gr. gelatin
• 15 gr. cornmeal,
• 150 gr. cream,
• sweetener to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the gelatin in water about 10 minutes earlier. Pass the strawberries through a mixer. Dissolve the corn flour with three tablespoons of milk and add the yolks, also dissolving. Place milk in a saucepan with half of the sweetener to a boil. When boiling, add slowly, stirring, mixing maize flour with the yolks and continue stirring until it boils again. Incorporate drained gelatin and remove, drain and stir a bit until it cools. When cool incorporates the strawberry puree and whipped cream with the rest of the sweetener.

This ultimately contributes about 230 kcal. per serving compared to 20 gr. of fat and 9 grams. carbohydrate.
