3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 lb stir fry beef or round steak, sliced into 1 inch wide strips
12 oz bag of stir fry vegetables
8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
3 tbsp. soy sauce
14.5 can beef broth
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Let oil get hot; add meat. Once meat is cooked, add bag of vegetables and water chestnuts to meat. Begin cooking for a short time as the vegetables start to soften. Add the 3 remaining ingredients. Let cook until vegetables are soft. Add to a bed of rice.
