Ingredients:  
1 pkg. Angel hair pasta (cooked to pkg directions)
1 Can whole baby clams (Drain and save juice)
1 Bottle clam juice (8oz.?)
3 (or so cups) Milk
1 Tbls Butter
2-3 Tbls Flour
1 med Onion chopped fine
1 tsp. Roasted Garlic
1-2 Tbls fresh chopped Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, sauté onion.
When onions are about done (to your liking) add garlic.
Then add flour and stir till all the liquid is absorbed.
Add all the clam juice and stir constantly. Then add milk
Bring heat back up to slow boil and add clams and cilantro.
Season with salt and lots of pepper.

If the sauce is not thick enough, thicken with a small amount
of flour dissolved in milk. (you can also use cornstarch if you want)

Serve over the top of the pasta.
