4 pork chops
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 Tbsp of oil
1 onion (sliced)
1 cup of water
Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chop with dry ingredients.
Brown chop in oil 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chop, pour off excess oil (keep one Tbsp.) and return pan to heat.
Add onion, browning slightly.
Add ketchup, water and return pork chop to pan. Cover with lid.
Cook 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
