1 double pkg of 93% ground chuck
2 eggs
1/4 c milk
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c oatmeal
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients using only 1/4 cup of the tomato sauce at this time. Divide into 4 round loaves, place 2 loaves in a loaf pan. Recipe will make 2 loaf pans. Take handle of large kitchen spoon and make 3 grooves on top of each loaf. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes, add tomato sauce to top of each loaf (in the grooves) and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
