1 cup Robin Hood all-purpose* flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup cup snipped candied cherries

Spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. Pour onto waxed paper. Add baking powder and salt to flour. Stir to blend. Cream cheese, butter, sugar, and almond extract thoroughly. Add blended dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Chill dough 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in corn flakes. Top with a cherry slice. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
