12 cups peeled ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 cups finely chopped celery
2 cups chopped onions
1/4 cup pickling salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 Tbs mustard seed
1/16 Tbs cayenne pepper
1 medium green pepper
1 6 ounce can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in order given. Boil until peppers are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning on the bottom. Seal in sterilized jars.
Makes 7 pints.
