4 c cooked carrots
1 med. onion
2 TSP marg
combine 1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c grated sharp cheese
mix all above well
melt one stick marg
stir in 3 c pepperidge herb stuffing

layer crumbs and carrot mix.
