3-6 chicken breasts
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
16 oz. sour cream
1-2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken for 20 min (until done). Cut chicken up into small pieces. Mix soup, sour cream, and chicken in casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and add poppy seeds. Add melted butter to cracker mix. Sprinkle cracker/poppy seed/butter mix to top. Bake at 350º for 35 min. Serve over rice.
