4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup quick cooking rice, uncooked
1/2 small sweet yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken in the dish and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder to taste. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and the cream of mushroom soup with the rice. Spread the rice mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle top with chopped onion. Top that with cheddar cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
