Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked yellow squash
1 medium onion
2/3 stick butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until soft. Remove from heat and add cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Combine all ingredients except squash and cracker crumbs. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with squash and stir slightly. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
