2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the coconut, flour, and salt. Add milk and vanilla, mix well. Batter will be stiff.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
