2 lbs white potatoes
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water with salt until tender. Drain.
Mash.
Add remaining ingredients and whip with electric mixer. Transfer to a 9 inch square buttered baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serves four.
