Brisket of beef
Barbecue sauce
Dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large baking pan with foil large enough to wrap and seal the meat. Cover the brisket with barbecue sauce and 1/2 an envelope of dry onion soup mix. Wrap securely in foil. Bake at 325º for 1 hour per pound. To serve, cut across the grain for very tender meat.
