Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Aloha Shoyu soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. fresh garlic
flour (to coat chicken)
chicken tenders

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except flour and chicken. Coat chicken with flour. Fry in frying pan just as you would for fried chicken. When the chicken is just about done, add about half of the sauce. Turn the chicken over after a minute or so. The liquid needs to boil off most of the way. Serve with rice and stir fried vegetables. Use any remaining sauce to pour over rice and veggies.

Alternate method: Cook the chicken in a skillet without coating in flour. Add chopped onion, carrots and snap peas (or whatever vegetables you like). Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are tender crisp. Add Yakisoba noodles and then pour sauce over everything. Cook until sauce has boiled off and noodles are warmed through. (This is my favorite method!)
