2 cups sifted cake flour (Swan's Down)
2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream (don't use light)
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping: 2 cups pecan chips
2 tsp. cinnamon
8 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs. Fold in sour cream on low. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and soda. Mix together gently. Bundt pan, make sure you grease it really well and flour it. Pour in 1/2 the batter, then some topping, the rest of batter, then rest of topping. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cover with foil after 30 minutes. Cool. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
