1- Rack of pork spareribs
2- Jars of sauerkraut
1.5 Tbsp. canola oil
Black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350˚. Cut the ribs individually. Heat a large frying pan with canola oil to medium high. Brown both sides of the ribs. The more brown the rib, the more flavor in your final result. Set the ribs to the side. In a large deep baking pan or dish add jar of sauerkraut to the bottom and spread evenly. Then spread out the ribs on top of the bottom layer of sauerkraut. Sprinkle some black pepper on top of the ribs. Finally cover the ribs with the remaining jar of sauerkraut. Cover entire dish with foil, and place in oven for 75-90 min. Or until ribs are tender.
