4 or 6 Pork Chops
1 large jar sauerkraut (about 2 or 3 #'s)
4 apples (1 1/2 cups chopped Granny Smith - take off skin and core)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 or 2 tblsp brown sugar
pepper
1 or 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Can add a little white wine or Vermouth

Directions:
Ribs - boil or grill both sides to get the fat off the ribs or chops (I didn't do this for the chops)
Put Kraut in baking dish (cake pan)
Add apples, onion, brown sugar, pepper and broth
Mix by hand
Place boiled ribs or chops in kraut & cover well with applies & kraut mixture
Cover with aluminum foil & bake 2 hours at 325º
