2 large cans pineapple, drained
5 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. (or more) sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and crumble crackers; mix together and set aside.
Empty pineapple drained into the baking dish. Spoon flour and sugar over pineapple evenly. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and top with crumbled crackers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Watch the sugar, you may want to cut back as this can be a sweet recipe using all the sugar it calls for. Play with it according to your taste. A strange combination that people love!
