1 bag fajita size tortillas
1 bag Knorr brand taco rice
2 19 oz. Old El Paso enchilada sauce
2 bags shredded cheese
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Make taco rice according to microwave directions, set aside. Brown hamburger meat until done, then put taco seasoning in and let cook until done. Put some meat, rice and cheese on tortillas and roll up and line up in a sprayed pan until it is all gone. Pour enchilada sauce over top and put remaining cheese on top. Bake on 350º until cheese is melted. Will make a 9 X 13 and a 8 X 8 pan. 10 -12 enchiladas.
