5lbs yukon gold
2 sticks butter
1-1 1/2 c. half&half

Directions:
Cook peeled potatoes in salted water, potatoes should be soft but not mushy. Have your butter at room temp, and the half & half should be warm. Put hot potatoes in standing mixer, slowly mix. Add butter in increments. Add warm half & half until desired consistency. Add lots of salt & pepper. The secret is mixing potatoes while HOT! Potatoes can be transferred to crock pot to be kept warm.
