2 pints cherry tmatoes
3/4 cup diced red onions
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
3/4 cup Feta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half, place in large bowl. Add onions, vinegar, olive oil, salt pepper, basil and parsley. Toss well.
Dice feta in 1/2 inch cubes or use crumbled feta.
Fold into salad and serve at room temperature.
