1 cup cubed bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. beef or sausage
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (12 oz) bottles chili sauce
1/2 cup water
1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread, milk, onion, meat, egg, salt, pepper. Shape into balls. Drop into sauce made of chili sauce, water and jelly. Simmer 1 hour. Makes about 30 (1 inch meatballs). Serve with wide noodles.
