1 sheet frozen puff pastry – thawed
Red Cherry Preserves
4 ounces Brie Cheese, cut into pieces
Chopped Pecans
Chopped fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Spray miniature muffin cups (24 – 36 muffin cups) with cooking spray. Cut pastry into 24 – 36 squares. Press squares into muffin cups, press center with finger.

Bake 10 minutes. Press center with handle of wooden spoon. Bake 6 – 8 minutes longer or until golden brown. Immediately press again in center. Fill each with cherry preserves. Top with cheese pieces, pecans and chives.

Bake 3 – 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
