6-8 slices of crustless white bread
butter
Pam spray
6 eggs
1 pt. half-n-half
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 can Rotel
garlic salt
onion salt
pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on one side of bread. Spray PAM (or similar spray) on bottom of 9 X 13 casserole dish and place bread (butter side up) on the bottom. Brown sausage and drain, pour over bread. Mix together eggs, half-n-half and Rotel. Add dashes of garlic salt, onion salt and pepper. Beat all ingredient's together. Pour on top of sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top of egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
