Cabbage
1 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. corn meal
tomato juice
chili powder
salt & pepper
red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Separate cabbage leaves and place in deep bowl of boiling water until softened enough to bend without breaking. Mix everything to form mixture like meatloaf. Take cabbage leaf and put 2 spoons of mixture in and roll up. Pin with a toothpick and place in large baking dish. Cover with tomato juice (and water). Cook until cabbage is done (approx. 1-1&1/2 hrs - stay bubbling but not too high) 350º.
