1 lb cheddar cheese
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 large onion
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 28 oz can green sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 pkg yellow corn tortillas
1 26 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet brown beef; add onion and garlic. In 2 qt. sauce pan combine green sauce, green chilies, soup, and sour cream; stir occasionally until warm. In 9 X 13 baking dish alternate layers of sauce, tortillas, meat, and cheese until pan is filled; top with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover with foil, bake at 350º till bubbly.
