1 large can chicken broth (divided)
1 lb. pkg spaghetti
3-4 stalks of celery (sliced/chopped)
1 26 oz can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 whole rotisserie chicken (chopped)
1 small jar of pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spaghetti noodles in 1/2 can of chicken broth and enough water until tender; drain. Slice or chop celery stalks and simmer in other 1/2 can of chicken broth until tender. Meanwhile, warm in medium sauce pan cream of chicken soup and velveeta cheese. Pull apart and chop chicken; add to noodles, as well as pimentos. After soup-cheese is completely melted and combined, add to noodles and stir gently. Salt and pepper to taste.
