"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of flavored Jello
2 1/4 oz. packages of unflavored gelatin
1/3 C. water
2 candy molds

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/3 cup water in small sauce pan; sprinkle Jello and unflavored gelatin over water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. If you like chewier gummy candy, add another packet of unflavored gelatin. Place sauce pan over medium heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved, about 2-5 minutes. When mixture is liquid and all gelatin has dissolved, remove from heat. Let cool a minute then pour into a container that is easy to pour from. I use a small ceramic creamer pitcher.
Fill molds. The sheet of star molds work better than the bears because they are deeper.
