6-8 boneless pork chops
salt
pepper
flour
1 ripe tomato, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
tomato juice to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Select 6 to 8 shoulder lamb or pork chops. Use enough flour to cover chops; salt and pepper to taste. Put chops in an oiled baking dish. Cover chops with slices of tomato, green pepper, onion, and lemon about 4 slices each per chop. Then pour tomato juice over to cover the chops. Bake in a moderate oven 350°F for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serve hot with baked potatoes or cooked noodle ring.
