1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and peanut butter. Sift in dry ingredients. Roll into balls and smash with a fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
